Product packaging Sealed and packed in a special iron drum, with a cloth bag on the inner layer and a layer of plastic bag, net weight 120kg/drum.
Scope of application 1. It can be used in medium and low pressure semi-regenerative fixed bed reformers.
2. It is suitable for processing naphtha oil to produce aromatic hydrocarbons or high-octane gasoline blending components.
Precautions for storage and use 1. Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof, and strictly prohibit contact with other chemicals and hydrocarbons;
2. Do not drop or roll the iron bucket during transportation;
3. The product leaves the factory in a reduced state, and the filling of the catalyst should be carried out on a sunny day.
4. During normal production, S<0.5ppm, N<0.5ppm, Cl<0.5ppm, H2O<5ppm, As<1ppb, Hg<1ppb, Pb<10ppb, Cu<1ppb, should be controlled in the feedstock oil during normal production.
5. Start work should strictly follow the start-up manual of SR-1000 catalyst. If necessary, follow the instructions of professional technicians.
